Sanctuary Care at Four Seasons

Description:
Located on 300 acres in Millville, New Jersey, this 90,000 square foot facility will enable the Four Seasons campus to offer a continuum of services which include age restricted homes for sale or rent, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s care all on one 300 acre picturesque campus. The facility features a 120-bed senior living care facility (60 Assisted Living Facility and 60 Memory Care beds), state of the art clubhouse, tennis/pickle ball/ bocce courts, swimming pool, and walking trails. This project represents the first facility in the multi-site New Jersey Sanctuary Care business plan calling for state of the art Assisted Living with Memory Care facilities to be developed under the distinct Sanctuary CareTM umbrella. While the plan calls for private pay modeling, the founders of Sanctuary Care are principally service and care oriented with strong ethics and mission focus. The project combines the best practices of market leaders and is distinguished by its unique branding and additional proprietary overlay of new care technologies and design.

The Restaurant will be a 24-hour service restaurant with a total area of approximately 2,800 square feet. Burger King was originally founded in 1954 and is a well-known fast food restaurant chain in the United States. The restaurant chain has grown to become the second largest fast food hamburger restaurant in the world with approximately 13,667 restaurants in over 95 countries as of December 2013. With over 50 years in the food industry, Burger King has developed an accessible and cost-efficient quick-service restaurant model that offers quality “quick-service” food to patrons with a variety of unique meal combinations to choose from and premium ingredients along with signature recipes. It also promises a family-friendly environment in its restaurants with an emphasis on value and nutrition.
