The Sino Indus BK Capital EB-5 Regional Center (SIBK) is designated by the United States Citizenship and

Immigration Services, a branch of the United States Department of Homeland Security,

as a certified operator of the EB-5 Regional Center Program.

The USCIS oversees all administrative activities of approved regional centers.

Mr. M Patel joined Parade Enterprises at the very beginning stages of the company and became a managing owner who now oversees the operations of more than 45 Burger Kings.

Chris Cheng

is a seasoned financial industry professional with over 14 years experience in residential and commercial lending. Chris has developed thousands of relationships and funded over $400 million in loans. His expertise in both residential and commercial construction lending leads him to have the advantage of helping guide his clients not only through the construction process but help structure the finance process as well. He has negotiated on behalf of and participated as investor, owner, and developer for various real estate transactions.Chris runs the accounting and marketing of the company.

Mr. B Patel is a self made business man who has over 25 years of experience owning franchise businesses that range from retail, fast-food restaurants, and hotels. He is currently the CEO of Parade Enterprises LLC, a company that has grown to owning and operating over 45 Burger Kings throughout New Jersey and Southern New York. By having a reputation for being self-motivated and a determinate businessman, Mr. Patel has gained a substantial amount of business expertise throughout the years and has helped multiple people startup their own careers. Mr. Patel is on a mission to expand his business experience through diverse opportunities for success.
